ingredients

  • Oats – 1/2 cup
  • Unsweetened Almond Milk – 1/2 cup
  • PB Powder – 1 tbsp
  • Unsalted Almonds – 10g
  • Ground Ginger – 1 tsp

Makes 1 serving

Mix together & place in refrigerator over night.

*I personally add protein powder for extra protein.
