  • Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt (Chobani) – 1/4 Cup
  • Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (Hyvee) – 1/3 Cup
  • Cinnamon – 1 Tbsp
  • Chia Seeds – 1 Tbsp
