Grilled Avocado & Egg

  • Satueed Peppers & Onions

*Note – I am not providing Macros to this recipe because this avocado is MASSIVE if you can’t tell next to the bagel. The recipe would be different with a “regular” avocado, but the concept is still the same.

Makes 1 serving

1. Cut Avocado in half, take out pit, then scoop out some of the avocado to create a “boat”

2. Grill the avocado for about 3-5 min to create the grill lines and start the cooking.

3. Fill the “boat” with sauteed peppers, onions, and Egg

4. Grill until Egg is at desired texture
