Ground Turkey Burgers

Ground Turkey – 1 lb

Oats – 1/4 cup

Seasonings of Choice (onion, garlic, red pepper, etc)

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix

2. Foam into 4 patties and cook on a stove top or grill
