Ground Turkey Spaghetti

ingredients

  • Ground Turkey – 26oz
  • Olive Oil – 1/2 Tbsp
  • Salt – 1/5 tsp
  • Pepper – 1 tsp
  • Minced Garlic – 1 Tbsp
  • White Onion (diced) – 100g
  • Spaghetti (Barilla Protein+) – 1 Container
  • Chicken Broth (no sodium) – 2 Cups
  • Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce (Classico) – 2 Cups
  • Shredded Parmesan Cheese – 1 Cup

Makes 6 servings

1. Press “Sauté” once hot, add Olive Oil, Ground Turkey, Salt, and Pepper. Stir on occasion until turkey is mostly browned (about 3-4 min)

2. Add Garlic and Onions, stirring on occasion until meat is fully browned (about 3-4 min)

3. Add Tomato & Basil Sauce and Chicken Broth, stir

4. Break Spaghetti in half then add to pot. (make sure liquid covers the spaghetti)

5. Cook on “high” for 8 min, let naturally release for 5 min, then quick release any remaining pressure

6. Top with Parmesan Cheese
