Ground Turkey Stuffed Peppers

ingredients

Bell Peppers – 6

Ground Turkey – 1 lb

Olive Oil – 2 tbsp

Squash – 1

Eggs – 4

Onion – 1/2 cup

Chopped Peppers – 1 cup

Spinach – 1 cup

Tomatoes – 1 can

Tomato Paste – 1 tbsp

Italian Seasoning

Garlic Powder

*Makes 8 meatballs

1. Cut top off Peppers, core and remove seeds

2. Brown Ground Turkey in a pan

3. Combine all ingredients then evenly stuff the Peppers

4. Bake at 400 for about 20 min
