Ground Turkey – 1/4 lb

Corn – 1/2 cup

Zucchini – 1 whole

Zucchini Squash – 1 whole

Tomatoes – 1/2 cup diced

Olive Oil – 1 tbsp

1. Use a spiralizer to spiral Zucchini and Squash

2. Season Ground Turkey and cook in a pan

3. In another pan add Corn, Tomatoes and spiraled

Zucchini/Squash with Olive Oil
