Homemade Fish Fry – Tilapia

ingredients

Tilapia – ​1.5 lbs

Egg – 1 large

Ritz Cracker – 14

Olive Oil – ?? (enough to submerge the fish)

*Makes 12 servings

1. Crush Cracker and toss in bowl with the Egg

2. Place Olive Oil in a dutch oven and heat on stove top.

3. Pat Tilapia dry, toss in cracker/egg mix and submerge in hot oil.

4. Cook for about 2-4 min

** I left out the Fat content intentionally. (1) There is no set amount needed. (2) You’ll end up not using most of it.
