Homemade Taco Shells

ingredients

  • Masa Harina Corn Flour – 1/4 cup
  • Water – 2 cups
  • Salt – 1/2 tsp

Makes 12 Shells

1. Mix Salt into Flour. Slowly add water, mixing – goal is to have “springy” batter, not hard or very soft
2. Let sit for an hour
3. Form into even balls
4. Use tortilla press to flatten
5. Heat griddle and spray, cooking about 1-2 min each side
