1. Season Chicken with Beer Can Seasoning
2. Add Olive Oil to Cast Iron pan over medium heat, once hot, add Carrots and cook for about 5 min, then remove from heat
3. Combine: Honey Dijon Mustard, Honey, Garlic and Paprika
4. Pour mixture over Chicken and stir, add all to Cast Iron
5. Bake @ 400 for about 25-30 min
6. Once done, remove from oven and cover in Tin Foil for 10 min
