Honey Garlic Pork Loin

ingredients

Pork Loin – 36oz

Olive Oil – 1 1/2 Tbsp

Minced Garlic (Spice World) – 1 Tbsp

Garlic Powder – 1/2 tsp

Onion Powder – 1/2 tsp

Paprika – 1 tsp

Salt – 1/2 tsp

Pepper – 1 tsp

Apple Cider Vinegar (Nice) – 3 Tbsp

Soy Sauce (Low Sodium – HyVee) – 2 Tbsp

Liquid Smoke (Colgin) – 1 tsp

Honey (HyVee) – 1/2 cup

Makes 6 servings

1. Mix seasoning: Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Paprika, Salt, and Pepper. Then sprinkle over Pork

2. Mix sauce: Apple Cider Vinegar, Soy Sauce, Liquid Smoke, and Honey

3. Heat Olive Oil in large cast iron (or oven safe skillet), over high heat and sear Pork on all sides once hot (about 30-60 sec/side)

*Once you’ve done half the sides, add in Garlic for second half

4. Pour Sauce over top, then transfer to oven

5. Bake @ 350 for about 15-20 min

6. Remove Pork from pan, place on a plate and loosely cover with foil – about 5-10 min

7. Place cast iron over high heat to simmer sauce – about 2-4 min, then pour over top of Pork to coat in sauce
