  • Eggs – 3 Whites
  • Brownberry Whole Wheat Bread – 1 slice
  • Goat Cheese (HyVee) – 1/2 oz
  • Columbus Sliced Pepperoni – 9g
  • Columbus Fennel Salami – 6g

Makes 12 muffins

1. Toast Bread

2. Spray pan and cook Egg Whites

3. As egg whites are on their last flip, add Goat Cheese then top with Pepperoni and Salami
