1. Peel and seed Butternut Squash. Bake at 350 for 60 min, then dice
2. Bring water to boil and cook Pasta
3. In a large pan over medium heat, combine and brown both ground Sausages (Mild/Regular), add in Onion
4. Once sausage in browned, add in Spinach, stir occasionally until spinach has sufficiently “wilted”
