Fennel Salami (Columbus) – 42g

Goat Cheese – 28g

Spinach – 2 cups

Green Pepper/Red Pepper/Onion – 1/2 cup each (chopped)

Pizza Sauce (Hyvee) – 3/4 cup

Flatbread – (see recipe at bottom)

Makes 4 servings

1. Spread Pizza Sauce over flatbread.

2. Top with Veggies, then Meat and sprinkle with Goat Cheese

3. Bake at 400 until warm
