Jalapeno Poppers

ingredients

Jalapenos – 200g

Cheddar Cheese – 40g

Turkey Bacon (Kirkland) – 3 slices

Garlic Powder – 1 tsp

Onion Powder – 1 tsp

Low Fat Cottage Cheese (Daisy) – 80g

Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs – 1/8 cup

Makes 4 servings

1. Cut open Jalapenos and take out seeds.

2. Mix Cottage Cheese, Onion/Garlic, Turkey Bacon (chopped), and Cheddar Cheese.

3. Top with Bread Crumbs

4. Bake at 400 for 15 min
