1. Roughly chop Jalapenos and Onions
2. Quarter Tomatoes
3. Add all ingredients into a food processor and Pulse to desired consistency
4. Add to a sauce pan and simmer for 30 min

White Onion – 125g
Lime Juice – 2 Tbsp
Garlic – 10g
Salt to taste
