Kodiak Cake Bake – Chocolate Overload

ingredients

  • Kodiak Cake Dark Chocolate – 1 1/2 Cup
  • Unsweetened Almond Milk – 3/4 Cup
  • Egg – 1 Large
  • FNX Chocolate Donut Protein Powder – 1 Scoop
  • PB Fit – 2 Tbsp
  • Banana (mashed) – 100g
  • Ghirardelli Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips – 15g

Makes 4 servings

1. Combine and stir all dry ingredients except Choc. Chips

2. Add mashed Banana, Egg and Almond Milk then stir to a “creamy” texture. Fold in Choc. Chips

3. Spray pan (2.2 qt Pyrex) and add mixture.

4. Bake at 400 for 12 min
