Lamb Burger

ingredients

Ground Lamb – 4 oz

Onion (cut into rings)

Lettuce

Tomato

Wheat Bun (Brownberry)

Seasonings of Choice

Makes 1 servings

1. Season Lamb with seasonings of choice, then form into patty and place in pan over medium/low heat.

2. Cook until desired internal temp. I prefer mine medium-rare which is about 5-6 min/side.

*When you flip the burger, add Onion rings into pan to caramelize.

3. Once finished cooking, allow to rest a couple minutes while the Onions finish. Then plate and enjoy!
