Mac & Cheese

ingredients

  • Chicken – 4 oz
  • Elbow Macaroni – 1/2 cup
  • Unsweetened Almond Milk – 1/4 cup
  • Water – 1/2 cup
  • Whole Wheat Flour – 1 Tbsp
  • Honey Dijon Mustard – 1 Tbsp
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese – 1/4 cup

Serving

1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl (save half of the cheese for the end)
2. Form an aluminum foil “boat” (or use a mini cast iron), spray with cooking oil and add mixture evenly
3. Fry at 360 for 20 min, shaking/mixing at min 7 and 14
4. On the last shake, add the final 1/8 cup of cheese
