1. In a small pot, bring Almond Milk to a boil
2. Reduce heat to medium-low, add Oats and Cinnamon
3. Let simmer for about 10 min (until liquid is almost entirely absorbed), stirring on occasion
4. Remove from heat, add: Syrup, Walnuts and Apples, and stir
5. Mix Vanilla Protein and Water together, then pour over top of Oats
