Meatless Meatballs & Chickpea Pasta

ingredients

  • Beyond Beef – 1 lb​
  • Banza Chickpea Linguine – 1 container

Sauce:

  • Prego Tomato Basil Garlic Sauce – 1 container
  • White Onion (chopped) – 1 cup
  • Green Pepper (chopped) – 1/2 cup
  • Red Pepper (chopped) – 1/2 cup
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil – 1 tbsp

Makes 6 servings

1. Boil Water and add pasta until desired consistency
2. In pot, heat Pasta Sauce with Onion, Peppers and Olive Oil.
3. Foam Beyond Beef into meatballs of desired size (I do about 2oz)
4. Heat pan over medium heat and cook Meatless Meatballs.
