Oreo Pancakes

ingredients

  • Oats (Quaker) – 1 Cup
  • Milk N Cookies Protein Powder (BPN) – 1 Scoop
  • Cookies & Cream Cookie Butter Powder – 2 Tbsp
  • Peanut Butter Powder (PB Fit) – 1 Tbsp
  • Banana – 120g
  • Unsalted Cashews (Kirkland) – 1/2oz
  • Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips – 7.5g
  • Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (HyVee) – 1 Cup

Makes 4 servings

1. Place all ingredient into a blender/food processor

2. Place in refrigerator for 30 min to allow to thicken like a pancake batter

3. Heat Griddle/Pan over medium-low heat and spray with cooking oil

4. Cook each side for about 2 min
