PB Banana Bread Baked Oats

ingredients

  • Banana (medium) – 1
  • PB Cup Protein (FNX) – 1 Scoop
  • Whole Wheat Flour – 1/4 Cup
  • Baking Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Cinnamon – 1/4 tsp
  • Vanilla Extract – 1/4 tsp
  • Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (HyVee) – 1/3 Cup
  • Natural PB (Kirkland) – 1 Tbsp

Makes 2 servings

1. Mash Banana

2. Add remaining ingredients, except PB, and mix

3. Spray baking dish generously with cooking spray, then add most of the mixture, save a little for the topping

4. Spread PB to the middle of the dish, then top with remaining mix

5. Optional – add banana slices to the top

6. Bake @ 350 for 20 minutes
