PB, Banana & Unsalted Nuts

ingredients

  • Oats – 1/2 cup
  • Unsweetened Almond Milk – 1/2 cup
  • Cinnamon – 1 tbsp
  • PB – 1 tbsp
  • Banana- 1/2
  • Unsalted Cashews – 1/8 cup
  • Chia Seeds – 1 tbsp

Makes 2 serving

Mix together & place in refrigerator over night. 

*I personally put the fruit in the morning of & add protein powder for extra protein.
