PB Banana White Chocolate Chip Muffins

ingredients

  • Bananas (2 Medium and Ripe) – 250g
  • Eggs (large) – 2
  • Natural Peanut Butter (Kirkland) – 1 cup
  • Vanilla Extract – 2 tsp
  • Honey – 2 tbsp
  • Baking Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • White Choc. Chips (HyVee) – 30g

Makes 12 Muffins

1. Put all ingredients into a blender (minus choc chips).

2. Pour into muffin tin and top with choc chips.

3. Bake at 400 for about 8-10 min
