Pineapple Salmon Burger

ingredients

Salmon – 4 oz

Onion – 10g

Dijon Mustard – 1 tsp

Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs – 1/4 cup

Extra Virgin Olive Oil – 1 Tbsp

Franks RedHot – 1 tsp

Spinach – 1/4 cup

Pineapple Slice (Dole) – 1 Slice

*Makes 8 servings

1. In a food processor, combine 1oz Salmon with Mustard and blend.

2. Add remaining Salmon and Onions, then pulse to a puree

3. Using your hands, combine puree and Bread Crumbs then shape into a burger

4. Heat a pan with Olive Oil, once hot, cook for about 3 min each side

5. Top Salmon Burger with the RedHot, Spinach and Pineapple
