Poached Pears

ingredients

Pear – 300g (2 medium)

Cinnamon – 1 tsp

Honey – 2 tsp

Vanilla Extract – 1/2 tsp

Maple Syrup (Wagner’s) – 1 Tbsp

Unsalted Mixed Nuts (Kirkland) – 1/2 oz

*Makes 4 servings

1. Cut Pears in half and remove core

2. Combine all other ingredients and stir

3. Evenly add the mixture to the center of the pears

4. Microwave for about 2 min, then let cool
