Pork Egg Roll Bowl

ingredients

Organic Ground Pork – 1 lb

Extra Virgin Olive Oil – 1 tbsp

Garlic Clove – 2

Fresh Ginger – 1 tbsp

Sesame Oil – 1 tbsp

Yellow Onion – 1/2 cup (chopped)

Carrots – 1 cup (chopped)

Green Cabbage – 4 cups (chopped)

Sriracha – 2 tbsp

Low Sodium Soy Sauce – 4 tbsp

Makes 4 servings

1. Heat Olive Oil over medium-high, then add Garlic and Ginger

2. Add Pork and cook until little pink remains

3. Add remaining ingredients and cook until veggies are at desired tenderness
