1. Rub Honey Dijon Mustard over Pork Loin, then top with Bread Crumbs, and Salt/Pepper.
2. Add Olive Oil to pan, cook Onions and Raisins for about 2-3 min, then add Pork and sear each side for about 1-2 min each.
3. Add Chicken Broth to baking dish, transfer Pork and top with Apple and Cinnamon.
4. Bake at 400 until internal temp reaches 145.
