Protein “Cookie Dough”

ingredients

  • Vanilla Protein (MyProtein) – 1 Scoop
  • PB Powder (PB Fit) – 1/4 Cup
  • Monk Fruit (sweetener – Volupta) – 1 tsp
  • Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (Kirkland) – 1 Tbsp
  • *Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (HyVee) – 1/8 Cup

 

*Start with 1/8 Cup then mix, add more until you get the consistency you want. Pictured is 1/4 cup and it was too runny for “dough”

Makes 6 servings

1. Combine Dry ingredients together, then slowly add in Almond Milk until you get the consistency you desire.

Add to the freezer for 10-20 minutes if you want harden the mixture more quickly
