Pumpkin Bread Crumble

ingredients

  • Canned Pumpkin – 2 cans
  • Coconut Flower – 1 cup
  • Baking Soda – 2 tsp
  • Cinnamon – 1 tsp
  • Nutmeg – 1 tsp
  • Allspice – 1 tsp
  • Egg – 4 large
  • Olive Oil – 1/2 cup
  • Unsalted Pecans – 1/2 cup
  • Stevia – to taste

Makes 12 servings

1. Combine dry ingredients in one bowl. Then add eggs, pumpkin and stevia. Then add olive oil and pecans. Mix.

2. Coat loaf pan(s) with spray.

3. Bake @ 350 for about an hour
