1. Mix Soy Sauce, Balsamic, and Lemon Juice.
2. Pour over Lamb and marinade for 1 hour on both sides.
3. Season with Zesty Lemon Seasoning.
4. Add Olive Oil to Cast Iron Skillet and sear each side for about 2 minutes.
5. Pour marinade over seared Lamb.
6. Bake @ 450 for 10 minutes.
7. Let stand for at least 10 min before cutting in.
