1. Fry Onions in Worcestershire
2. Season Pork with Garlic, Salt, Pepper and Parsley
3. Put Pork in hot pan and add Raspberry Preserves
4. Cook until Pork is done, then top with sauce in pan
Pork Chops – 1 lb
Raspberry Preserves – 2 tbsp
Onions – 100g
Worcestershire Sauce – 2 tsp
Garlic Powder – 1 tsp
Salt/Pepper – dash
Parsley Flakes – 1 tsp
