Raspberry Roasted Poblano Salsa

Raspberry – 16oz

Poblano Pepper – 150g

Jalapenos – 50g

Beefsteak Tomatoes – 2 lbs

Yellow Onion – 125g

1. Roast Poblano Peppers directly on stove-top or grill until charred on all

2. Roughly chop Poblanos, Jalapenos, Tomatoes, and Onion

3. Add all ingredients to a food processor

4. Pulse to desired consistency

5. Place salsa in a large sauce pan and simmer for about 30 min
