1. Mix: Olive Oil (ONLY 1 Tbsp), Paprika, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Chili Powder, Salt, and Pepper
2. Spread evenly over Pork
3. Heat remaining Oil (1/2 Tbsp) in Instant Pot, press “Sauté”
4. Sear Pork on all sides – about 30-60 sec/side
5. Remove from I.P. when done
6. Melt Coconut Oil, then add Garlic – about 1 min
7. Stir in: Stevia, Honey, Broth, Soy Sauce, Vinegar, and Liquid Smoke. Bring to a simmer for 1 min
8. Add Pork in Instant Pot
9. Cook on “High” for 9 min, and let naturally release for 10 min – quick release the remaining pressure
10. Remove Pork
11. Set Instant Pot to “Sauté” and bring Sause to a boil
12. Add Corn Starch, press “Cancel” and stir frequently until sauce thickens
