Salmon Asparagus & Carrots

Salmon – 6 oz

Seasoning – of choice

Carrots – 2 Cups (chopped)

Asparagus – 1 Cup

Olive Oil – 2 tbsp (total)

1. Season Salmon

2. Heat Olive Oil in pan and cook Salmon

3. In separate pan, cook Asparagus and Carrots in olive oil and cover. Cook until desired texture
