Salmon w/ Sweet Potato & Cauliflower Rice

ingredients

Salmon – 6 oz

Cauliflower Rice – 1 Cup

Sweet Potato – 1/2

Olive Oil – 2 tsp

*Makes 1 servings

1. Make the Cauliflower Rice

2. Chop Sweet Potato, drizzle in Olive Oil and bake @ 350 for about 30 min.

3. Season Salmon (I used Lemon Pepper), bake at 350 for about 15-20 min.
