Scampi Style Cod

ingredients

Cod – 3.5 lbs

Lemons – 2 (juiced)

Olive Oil – 1/4 cup

Garlic – 10 cloves

Salt/Pepper

Paprika

Parsley

*Makes 2 servings

1. Score Cod with shallow cuts

2. Chop lemon (previously juiced) and place under Cod

3. Add Olive Oil, Lemon Juice and garlic into a cup – microwave for 1 min, stir half way

4. Pour over Cod then top with Salt, Pepper, Parsley and Paprika.

5. Bake for about 12 min @ 350
