1. Set Instant Pot to “Sautee” and add Sesame Oil. Once hot, add Chicken and brown on all sides.
2. Mix: Soy Sauce, Honey, Water (1/4 Cup here), Red Pepper and Garlic.
3. Once Chicken is browned, add in mixture, stir.
4. Set to High Pressure for 4 min. Once done, perform a “quick release”
5. Mix Cornstarch and Water (1/4 Cup). Then add to Instant Pot.
6. Set Instant Pot back to “Sautee” and continuously stir for about 4 min, then let cool and thicken.
