1. Cut Chicken, Sweet Potato and Red Potato into bite sized chunks
2. Dice remining veggies: Red/Orange/Yellow Pepper, Zucchini, Squash and Broccoli
3. Place Sweet & Red Potato on baking sheet, drizzle with 1 Tbsp Olive Oil and Pepper. Bake @ 400 for 10 min
4. In a large bowl, combine: Chicken, Veggies, Lemon/Lime Juice, 2 Tbsp Olive Oil and Spices (Italian, Zesty Lemon, Garlic/Onion Powder)
5. After Potatoes bake for 10 min, add Chicken/Veggie mixture to sheet pan and bake for an additional 15 min.
6. Top with Parmesan Cheese.
