1. Set Instant Pot to “Saute” and add Olive Oil
2. Sear each side of the Short Ribs (about 1-2 min each side)
3. Remove Short Ribs, add Onion and Garlic, saute about 4 min
4. Add the Chicken Broth, Bay Leaves and return the Ribs
5. Seal lid and set to “Manual” high pressure for 40 min. Allow to naturally release for 10 min
