Shredded Chicken Burrito Bowl

  • Rotisserie Chicken (Kirkland)
  • Bell Peppers
  • Poblano Peppers
  • Tomatoes
  • Cheese
  • Beer Can Chicken seasoning (Weber)
  • Rice

Stuffed Peppers

1. Make Rice separately

2. Cut tops off of Bell Peppers

3. Chop Poblano peppers and Tomatoes

4. Combine: Chicken, chopped veggies, Cheese, and Rice

5. Stuff into Bell Peppers

6. Bake @ 350 for about 30-45 min
