Shredded Chicken w/ Mixed Veggies

  • Shredded Chicken – 1 cup
  • Cucumber – 1/2 whole
  • Grape Tomatoes – 1/2 cup
  • Sweet Potato – 1/2 medium
  • Olive Oil – 1 tsp

Makes 1 serving

1. Boil Chicken, shred and season

2. Peel and slice Sweet Potato, cook in pan with Olive Oil

3. Half Tomatoes and slice Cucumbers

4. Combine
