Simple Egg Bake

ingredients

  • Ground Turkey – 28 oz
  • Egg Whites (large) – 8
  • Egg (large)- 10
  • Mixed Veggies – 6 Cups

Makes 8 servings

1. Spray a 2.2 quart pyrex with cooking spray

2. Add in mixed veggies (a lot of times, I use a frozen mix and bring them to room temperature)

3. Mix Egg Whites and Eggs then add to pan

4. Brown Ground Turkey in a separate pan, then add to the pan with other ingredients

5. Bake at 350 for about 20 min
