Simple Pork Loin

ingredients

1. Season Pork with Salt/Pepper

2. In large bowl, Combine: HALF of the Olive Oil, Garlic, Soy Sauce, Worchestershire, Parsley, Thyme, Onion powder and Zesty Lemon seasoning

3. Add Pork to dressing and toss until covered, press in to help spices cover evenly

4. Press “Sauté,” once hot, sear Pork on all sides for about 2 min each

5. Press “Cancel,” remove Pork, add Chicken Broth and scrape bottom

6. Place trivet in Pot, then place Pork on top

7. Cook on “High” for 10 min, then let naturally release for 10 min

  • Zesty Lemon Seasoning (Weber) – 2 tsp
  • Chicken Broth – 1 cup
