Whole Wheat Tortilla (Mission) – 16

Queso Supremo Cheese – 2 Cups

Bell Pepper (Orange, Yellow, Red, Green) – 1 Each

Red Onion (medium) – 1

Olive Oil – 2 Tbsp

Makes 8 servings

1. Sautee Veggies – Strip Peppers and Onion, toss in Olive Oil and add to pan over medium heat

2. Optional – season Steak

3. Grill or Pan fry Skirt Steak to desired temp
