Sliced Almonds & Brussels Sprouts

Brussels Sprouts (halved or quartered) – 4 oz

Unsalted Almonds (sliced) – .5 oz

Olive Oil – 2 Tbsp

Minced Garlic – 1 Tbsp

Pepper – 1 tsp

Onion Powder – 1 tsp

*Makes 4 servings

1. Half or Quarter Brussels Sprouts depending on size

2. Slice Almonds thinly

3, Combine: Brussels Sprouts, Almonds, Olive Oil, Pepper, Minced Garlic, and Onion powder

4. Add to small baking dish and Bake @ 350 for about 20 min
