Sloppy Joes

ingredients

Ground Beef (90/10) – 32 oz

Coconut Oil – 1 Tbsp

Olive Oil – 1 Tbsp

Garlic (minced) – 2 Tbsp

White Onion (diced) – 150g

Green Bell Pepper (diced) – 230g

Chipotle Pepper in Adobo Sauce (Embasa) – 1 container

Tomato Paste (Kirkland) – 2 Tbsp

Heinz Ketchup – 1 Cup

Water – 1/2 Cup

Stevia (Sweet Drops) – 5 Drops

Chili Powder – 1 Tbsp

Worchestershire Sauce – 1 tsp

Pepper – 1 tsp

Red Pepper Flakes – 1 Tbsp

Dijon Mustard – 1 Tbsp

Makes 8 servings

1. In large pan over medium heat, melt Coconut Oil, then add Beef

2. Once browned, transfer to a clean plate

3. In same pan, add Olive Oil, Garlic, White Onion and Green Pepper. Cook for about 3-4 min

4. Add Beef back to pan along with all remaining ingredients and stir well to combine

5. Cook mixture over medium heat for about 12 min
