Sticky Chicken

ingredients

  • Chicken – 2 lbs
  • Soy Sauce (low sodium) – 1 tbsp
  • Worcestershire Sauce – 1 tbsp
  • Agave – 4 tbsp
  • Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth – 1 cup
  • Rice Wine Vinegar – 4 tbsp
  • Salt/Pepper – to taste
  • Garlic Powder – to taste

Makes 6 servings

1. Butterfly cut Chicken and season both sides

2. Brown both sides in a pan

3. Reduce heat, cover and finish

4. Whisk sauces together and pour over chicken

5. Cook until sauce reduces and covers chicken
