1. Combine Jelly, BBQ, Sweet Chili, and Corn Starch, then mix
2. Add Olive Oil to Cast Iron pan and heat over Medium-High. Once hot, sear Pork on 2 sides for about 60 seconds each, then remove from heat
3. Pour sauce over top
4. Bake @ 350 for about 15-20 min
5. Remove Pork from pan, place on a plate and loosely cover with foil – about 5-10 min
